OURON RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return or exchange request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email, and our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24-48 hours.

EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size only (subject to availability).
  • Once we receive the original item and it passes our quality check, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 working days.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
PICKUP ATTEMPTS
  • Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area
QUALITY CHECK
  • All returned/exchanged products undergo a quality check. If approved, your request will proceed.
PROCESSING TIME
  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
REFUND POLICY

For all approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the product passes the quality check.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account once processed.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be returned/exchanged in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible.

We reserve the right to reject return requests if the above conditions are not met.

ORDER CANCELLATION
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Prepaid Orders: Cannot be cancelled once placed. However, you can initiate a return or exchange after delivery as per our policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product does not fit.
  • The product or packaging was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Have all brand tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Have no stains, scratches, tears, or signs of wear.
  • Be returned as a complete set (if bought as a set).

Note: We reserve the right to reject return requests if the above conditions are not met.
